The Wellbeing Centre in Elmbridge has a variety of support services ranging from information and advice, classes and groups, drop in sessions and exercise classes. These services are aimed at supporting people with memory loss, dementia and associated problems. Specialist support workers at the Wellbeing Centre can assist you to navigate through the maze of services and enable you to get the help and support you need when dealing with memory loss.

The services on offer at the Centre are aimed at supporting people with memory loss, dementia and associated problems. Friendly advice is available from specialist staff who can assist carers to understand the services and help available.

The Relief Carers Scheme holds weekly specialist day care groups at the Centre where clients take part in a wide range of social and therapeutic activities. There is also a weekly 'Singing for the Brain' session.

They also hold physiotherapy sessions for people recovering from a stroke and problems with mobility, we have exercise/gym equipment classes to maintain mobility and a monthly Sight for Surrey session.

Time

9am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays
