Surrey Coalition Of Disabled People

The Coalition enable and empower disabled people and those living with a long-term health condition to be an active and central part of the community. They work with health, social care, and community partners to co-produce services, strategies, and policies.

Their work focuses on 6 areas:

• specialist interest groups to advice health, social care and community partners
• access to technology and advice
• a network of people who have experienced mental ill-health to improve mental health care
• physical activity
• campaigning
• virtual social events
