Move It Or Lose It! is an exercise programme specially developed for seniors and people with limited mobility.
Move It Or Lose It exercises help to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength for greater strength.
All their keep fit exercises can be done seated or standing, depending on your ability.

Mondays from 11am to 12pm
Thursdays from 2.30pm to 3.30pm
