Waythrough helps people in Surrey who live with mental ill health or a long-term health condition. They offer one-to-one support from qualified IPS employment specialists. The advice is confidential and impartial.

A specialist works with each person to set clear goals and create a personal support plan. They help people find paid work and stay in work.

Support includes:

• CV design
• job searching
• interview practice
• advice while in work
• help to stay in a job
• support with employers

If the person agrees, the specialist can speak to their employer to help make plans and find ways to stay in work or return after illness. They can also advise on reasonable adjustments.

This service is for:

• people aged 16 or over
• people who live in Surrey
• people with a health condition, including stress, anxiety or depression
• people who want to find paid part-time or full-time work, or stay in their current job
