Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) are legal documents where you appoint people you trust to be your attorneys. Your attorneys will be able to help you make decisions or make decisions on your behalf. This gives you more control over what happens to you if you are unable to make your own decisions due to an accident or illness.

Their service includes a home visit when discussing these documents in full before preparing them ready for signature. Alternatively, book a visit to see them at the head office, the Clockhouse Community Centre in Milford.

Once the LPAs are signed, they check all is in order before sending them off for registration. They will take you through the process from beginning to end.
