Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS) Guildford

SOBS is the only national charity that provides dedicated support to adults who have been bereaved by suicide. They offer peer-to-peer support to all those over the age of 18 impacted by suicide loss in the UK.

SOBS is a self-help organisation that provides a safe, confidential environment where bereaved people can share their experiences and feelings, giving and gaining support from others.

They offer:

• a national telephone helpline
• an online community forum
• email support

SOBS Guildford support group meets on the last Thursday of every month at a location in Guildford.
