Young Person’s Support Group (Online) – Catalyst Support

Weekly online mental health support group for 16 to 25 year olds.

At the group, you can talk with other young people who may have mental health challenges. It's a chance to share with others in a safe space and make friends.

Catalyst Support is a local charity that helps adults in Surrey with their mental health and wellbeing.

All services are free.
