Tai Chi - Fordbridge Centre (Ashford)

The Fordbridge Centre (Ashford) offers a wide range of activities to help keep the body and mind active. Hairdressing, day trips, and much more are offered by the centre. They also offer 2 holidays a year, one in the spring and one in the autumn.

They run a weekly tai chi class. This is a drop in. No need to book.
