LinkAble's service for adults - No Limits

LinkAble is a charity in Woking that supports people with a learning disability and autistic people to create the life they want to live.  

They are a welcoming community where people with additional needs can feel safe and comfortable being themselves. Many attendees join as children, transitioning to young people's and adult’s services. Through confidence-building activities, LinkAble provides people with the opportunity to grow and develop at their own pace.  

‘No Limits’ is an activity programme for adults. It focuses on: 

• Friendship, practice social skills, interact with peers, and make lifelong friends. 
• Life skills, plan activities, solve problems, build persistence and resilience. 
• Movement, improve physical health, follow instructions, and express yourself. 
• Creativity, boost confidence through choice and fun creative freedom.
