Abbey Lodge Mental Health Supported Living

Abbey Lodge is a 5 bed project providing accommodation and low to medium support for people whose primary diagnosis is mental ill health based in Redhill, Surrey.

This service is for people who:

• have a primary diagnosis of mental ill health, with or without a secondary diagnosis in relation to drugs or alcohol misuse or physical ill health
• are single, homeless and aged between 18 and 65, with a connection to the borough of Reigate and Banstead

You need to be referred to this service by any  of the following:

• Surrey housing team 
• your mental health ward
• Community Mental Health Teams
• a homeless persons agencies
