Holme Farm
Holme Farm is a community hub with workshops, gardens, and wildlife spread over 14 acres. They support health, wellbeing, and community through their projects.
Anyone can join one of their projects or share their skills with the community. Holme Farm welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds. Some people are referred by healthcare professionals or other organisations, while others find a friendly community and a chance to connect.
Holme Farm offers various activities and programs aimed at improving mental and physical health. They welcome volunteers for tasks like planting, weeding, building, and painting, suitable for all abilities and fitness levels
The farm also emphasises rewilding and restoring local wildlife populations
Facilities at Holme Farm include:

- community space for hire
- picnic areas
- a wildlife area
- holiday activities
- community recycling/composting
The farm is supported by local residents and organizations, including Surrey County Council and DEFRA
