Guildford Borough Council - Housing Advice Centre

If someone is homeless or at risk of homelessness within the next 56 days, Guildford Borough Council’s Housing Advice Centre can help. The amount of help depends on their situation. They will try to help people stay in their homes or find another. They can also refer individuals to the Homeless Outreach and Support team (HOST).

Before contacting the Housing Advice Centre, individuals will need:

• passport or birth certificate
• tenancy agreement
• proof of income
• landlord contact details
• a copy of any notice to vacate received
