Integrated Clinical Assessment and Treatment Service (ICATS) for people with musculoskeletal (bone and joint) problems
First Community Health and Care
ICATS is a team of Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioners and GPs providing assessment and treatment planning for patients with musculoskeletal (bone and joint) problems.
Your GP can refer you and you can also self-refer to the service. Please email or phone the ICATS team and they will send you a referral form.
- you must be 16 years old or over to refer to this service
- you should be seeking help for a musculoskeletal (bone, joint or muscle) problem such as back pain, arthritis or a sprain
- you must have a GP registered within the east Surrey area to refer yourself through to this service
- you can only self-refer for one condition at a time
