Good Neighbours Care In Shepperton

A group of local volunteers which offers 'Good Neighbour' help to those who may need assistance. Provides support to the ill, elderly and housebound living in the postal area of TW17 - Shepperton, Littleton, Upper Halliford and Charlton Village (in the borough of Spelthorne). Help consists mainly of doctors, dental or hospital and health centre journeys, lifts to hairdressers, banks; and one to one helpers who can do the shopping or collect prescriptions. The organisation does not undertake tasks like laundry and housework. There is also a telephone befriending service.
