Tideway Sailability
Tideway Sailability is a unique sailing club in central London where people with or without a disability all sail together as one community.
Quickly pick up how to sail in their accessible dinghies which are stable and forgiving. The Dock provides a sheltered environment in which to learn. Initially one of their experienced volunteers will accompany you, while you steer and adjust the sails. Soon you will have learned enough to sail on your own or to crew on the Hawk dayboats.
For more experienced sailors they have a range of boats to suit all levels of experience and mobility, from pottering to fast racing. They organise racing on most Sundays with coaching for those not sure about the rules.
