Message in a Bottle scheme

Lions Clubs Message in a Bottle is an easy way for you to keep your personal and medical details where they can be found in an emergency. The Message in a Bottle kit includes:

• a standard form listing your medication
• a bottle to store in your fridge
• 2 stickers, 1 for the front door and another for the fridge door

Paramedics, police, fire-fighters and social services know to look in the fridge when they see the Message in a Bottle stickers.

The kit is free of charge. You can order them from Lions Club website.
