The Westway

The Westway Community Cafe and Wellbeing Day Centre is a community hub providing services for the residents of Tandridge and surrounding areas.

Located in Caterham, daily activities include hot lunch service, a snack bar, onsite hairdressers, chiropodists, games and quizzes, exercise classes, a fully equipped IT suite with free training, an art group, bingo, coffee mornings, gardening groups and regular entertainment.

The centre is wheelchair accessible and provides an assisted bathing service by appointment.

The building is also the base for East Surrey Dial-a-Ride, Age UK, Surrey Choices, and Men in Sheds.

Transport is available to The Westway Community Cafe and Wellbeing Centre through East Surrey Rural Transport Partnership. To book a journey call 01883 701270 or email rtp@esrtp.org.uk. All requests must be made at least one day before someone wishes to travel. Residents can book 14 days in advance.

Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm

Special Requirements

Wheelchair accessible, assisted bathing. East Surrey Dial a Ride provide a door-to-door service for people who have difficulty using public transport due to disability or age.
