At A Loss is a national charity that provides resources and support for bereaved people in the UK.

Their GriefChat service provides emotional support for bereaved people, access to trained bereavement counsellors, and referral to other specialist bereavement services.

At A Loss also offers specialist support services for bereaved 18 to 30 years old and for men who have experienced bereavement.
