Good Neighbours Mayford and South-West Woking Neighbourly Help

Mayford and South-West Woking Neighbourly Help is a friendly group of 20 volunteers, who support approximately 40 clients in the village of Mayford. Volunteers help provide transport for residents who would otherwise have difficulty getting to necessary appointments.

Most of their work involves driving clients to medical appointments at local hospitals, GP surgeries and dentists, as well as giving lifts to hairdressers and local shops.

Volunteers can also visit Mayford residents in their homes and provide information about local services.
