Yoga for Mental Wellbeing is held at The Spire Church, Farnham every Thursday at 2pm to 3pm. It is a fun, casual yoga session for people experiencing mental health problems. All abilities welcome and equipment is provided.
There is no need to book in advance and no need to be referred.You just need to complete a participant form if you are attending for the first time.
