G Live

G Live is an entertainment, conference, and hospitality venue in the heart of Guildford. The venue aims to be welcoming and accessible for all visitors.

Accessibility features:

• all areas, both backstage and Front of House, are fully accessible
• wheelchair spaces:
  • 12 spaces in the stalls
  • 6 spaces in the circle
  • 18 spaces in the auditorium
• essential companions receive a complimentary ticket (verification may be required), which can be booked by phone or in person
• service points have lowered sections for wheelchair users
• wheelchairs are available for users to transfer to their auditorium seat upon request

Hearing assistance:

• the Main Hall and Bellerby Studio are equipped with a Sennheiser infra-red system
• 8 headsets are available from the cloakroom, with adjustable volume control
• a counter induction loop is provided at the box office, with 4 portable units for private meeting rooms

Guide and hearing dogs:

• welcome in all spaces, with a complimentary adjacent seat reserved for the animal upon request
