Millbrook Health Care provides home improvement services on behalf of Reigate and Banstead, Mole Valley and Tandridge councils. The service offers advice and practical help for people who need trusted professionals to adapt or repair their home.

Millbrook can:

• help identify what work is needed to adapt, repair or improve a home
• support applications for Disabled Facilities Grants
• help homeowners access funding and arrange small works or essential repairs, based on council criteria
• design, organise and monitor work through experienced and approved contractors
• offer advice on housing options
• provide a handyman service for eligible residents in these areas. This is a subsidised service offering a range of trades at affordable rates to help with urgent repairs and small changes that make daily life easier
• support privately funded adaptations, including in-house options for shower and access works
