The Blue Badge scheme is available to people who are registered blind or have severe mobility problems. The badge applies to individuals whether they are the driver or passenger. Surrey residents can apply for a Blue Badge from Surrey County Council.
A Blue Badge is normally valid for 3 years and costs £10.
