Tattenhams Community Library

Surrey County Council

Tattenhams Community Library is a collaboration between Surrey County Council and Tattenhams Community Library volunteers.

Tattenhams Community Library is opposite the main shopping area in Tattenhams. There are five spaces and one disabled space outside the library. There is also plenty of free on street parking just around the corner. The library has automatic doors and a hearing loop is installed.

It offers a wide range of library and IT services, including:

  • Books
  • Large print books
  • Talking books
  • Newspapers
  • Maps
  • DVDs
  • Computers
  • Free wi-fi
  • Scanner
  • Printers
  • Photocopiers
  • Events and activities

Library staff can also help with applications for free bus passes for seniors and disabled people.

This service is a Warm Hub that has been set up across Surrey to provide support to residents in these challenging times. The Warm Hubs are spaces across the county, where people can drop-in, get warm, have a hot drink and be in the company of other people. Very simply a place to get warm. There will also be people on hand to give free energy advice.
