Disability Initiative is an established charity for disabled adults that specialises in the provision of disability services to adults with physical disabilities and/or acquired brain injury.

They offer:

  • adult day services for individuals with complex physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries
  • slow-stream rehabilitation
  • accredited educational courses
  • therapies and activities tailored to individual needs
  • support for carers and families

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
