Horley Library is situated in the main shopping street in Horley town.
It offers a wide range of library and IT services, including:

- Horley Library offers extended opening hours with Super Access. Library members can enjoy access outside of staffed hours 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm.
Library staff can also help with applications for free bus passes for seniors and disabled people.
Horley Library has meeting rooms for hire.

This service is a Warm Hub that has been set up across Surrey to provide support to residents in these challenging times. The Warm Hubs are spaces across the county, where people can drop-in, get warm, have a hot drink and be in the company of other people. Very simply a place to get warm.
