The Thursday Club Mental health support is a club for people with depression, offering friendship, encouragement, and support.

Weekly meetings include:

  • friendship for the lonely, depressed or those with mental health problems in a safe place
  • board games and creative activities
  • occasional outings
  • light refreshments included
