Epsom Library is situated on the first floor of The Ebbisham Centre, which lies at the eastern end of the High Street between the shops and railway line. Epsom library has adjacent disabled parking. The library has automatic doors and a hearing loop is installed. Epsom library has assistive technology for people with disabilities.

It offers a wide range of library and IT services, including:

Epsom Library has a meeting room available for hire.

Library volunteers operate the Epsom Library Shop, selling ex-library stock, second-hand books, greetings cards and stationery.

This service is a Warm Hub that has been set up across Surrey to provide support to residents in these challenging times. The Warm Hubs are spaces across the county, where people can drop-in, get warm, have a hot drink and be in the company of other people. Very simply a place to get warm. There will also be people on hand to give free energy advice.
