Chair Based Exercise Sessions in Ashford

Chair based exercise sessions are held on weekly at the Fordbridge Centre in Ashford.

They have on-site catering facilities that offer a choice of lunchtime meals and snacks. The hot and cold food is freshly cooked and prepared each day.

Lunch is at 12.30 pm. Place your order by 11.30 am by phone or in person.
