Renew Wellbeing
QE Park Baptist Church runs a Renew Wellbeing café. It is part of a national network that supports mental and emotional wellbeing.
The café is a quiet space where you can:
- share hobbies and activities
- learn new skills
- make connections
Everyone is welcome. No one is labelled, whatever their background or beliefs.
Each week there are simple activities like jigsaws, games and crafts. You can also bring your own ideas or just come for a chat and a cup of tea.
Activities and refreshments are free.
