PeerTalk Support Group - Guildford

PeerTalk Peer Support Groups are open to anyone over 18 who lives with depression. The groups are facilitated by 2 trained volunteers who:

• do not give advice or tell you what to do
• facilitate the space to enable those who come along to share what's going on for them
• provide support from others who have a lived experience of depression

Group environment:

• friendly groups
• a safe place to talk in confidence
• a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself, accepted, and supported

No need to book or be referred - just come along

Additional information:

• tea and coffee are offered after the meeting
• most people stay behind to chat
