Warm Welcome venues return for Surrey residents

Warm Welcome venues are open to all Surrey residents this winter, free of charge. There are over 80 venues across Surrey, including community and church halls, libraries, and leisure centres.

People can enjoy a hot drink, get energy advice, and more.
