Surrey County Council has created an online welfare hub to help people who are struggling this winter. Whether you're over 60, a family, have a disability or health condition, out of work, a carer, or just want to save on energy bills, there's information for everyone. The hub has sections on financial support, welfare, and health and wellbeing.

Surrey County Council also has a new chatbot tool to help people find the support they need. The chatbot asks questions and directs people to the right resources. It covers food banks, Warm Welcomes, energy advice and grants, council tax relief, housing benefit support, benefits, and debt help.
