Empowering unpaid carers for dementia

Surrey County Council has launched the Dementia Advice and Information Project as part of their Joint Health and Social Care Dementia Strategy for 2022 to 2027. This initiative aims to improve the lives of people with dementia and their carers by providing accessible information, support and services, including training tailored to their needs. The vision of this project is to create a community where people with dementia, unpaid carers and families feel supported and know where to go for help.
